باستخدامكِ موقع alnada.store وإجراء أي عملية شراء، فإنّكِ توافقين على الشروط والأحكام التالية.
1. هوية الشركة
يُدار متجر NADA من قِبَل ROKN ALSAIF ONLINE SELLER، مسجّل في دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة. رقم الرخصة التجارية: 1624854. العنوان: Level 23, Boulevard Plaza Tower 2, Downtown Dubai, UAE.
2. قبول الشروط
باستخدامكِ للموقع، فإنّكِ تقرّين بأهليتكِ القانونية (18 سنة فما فوق) وتوافقين على هذه الشروط بالكامل.
3. المنتجات والأسعار
نبذل جهدنا لعرض المنتجات بدقّة. قد تختلف الألوان الفعلية قليلًا بسبب إعدادات الشاشة. الأسعار بالريال السعودي بشكل افتراضي وتُعرض بالعملة المحلية حسب موقع المستخدمة.
4. الطلبات والدفع
تأكيد الطلب لا يعني قبوله. نحتفظ بحقّ رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب لأسباب تشمل عدم توفّر المخزون، خطأ في السعر، أو شُبهة احتيال. تُعاد الأموال كاملةً في هذه الحالات.
5. الملكية الفكرية
جميع المحتويات على هذا الموقع (الصور، النصوص، الشعارات، التصاميم) مملوكة لـ NADA أو مرخّصة لها، ولا يجوز نسخها دون إذن خطّي مسبق.
6. حسابات المستخدمين
أنتِ مسؤولة عن الحفاظ على سرّية بيانات حسابك وكلمة المرور، وتتحمّلين مسؤولية أي نشاط يتمّ تحت حسابكِ.
7. حدود المسؤولية
لا تتحمّل NADA المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية تنتج عن استخدام المنتجات أو الموقع، ضمن حدود القانون.
8. القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. أي نزاع يُحلّ أمام محاكم دبي المختصّة.
9. تعديل الشروط
نحتفظ بحقّ تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. يُنصح بمراجعتها دوريًا.

2. Acceptance of terms
By using the site, you confirm that you are of legal age (18+) and agree to these Terms in full.
3. Products and pricing
We make every effort to display products accurately. Actual colors may differ slightly due to display settings. Prices are shown in Saudi Riyal by default and converted to local currency based on user location.
4. Orders and payment
Order confirmation does not imply acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including out of stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Full refunds issued in such cases.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this site (images, text, logos, designs) is owned by or licensed to NADA and may not be copied without prior written permission.
6. User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for any activity under your account.
7. Limitation of liability
NADA is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of products or the site, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are heard before the competent courts of Dubai.
9. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Periodic review is recommended.
