Refund & Return Policy

At NADA, your satisfaction is our priority. If a product is not as expected, you may return it under the following terms.

1. Return window

14 days from delivery.

2. Return conditions

• Unused, original condition, complete packaging.
• All tags and accessories included.
• Order number required.
• Opened fragrances, bakhoor, personal care cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

3. How to return

4. Return shipping cost

Return shipping is deducted from the refund unless the item arrived defective, in which case NADA covers the cost.

5. Refund time

7–14 business days to the original payment method after receipt and inspection.

6. Exchanges

Available for size and color subject to stock.

7. Non-returnable

• Opened personal care and fragrance items.
• Custom-made or engraved items.
• Used or washed items.
